So after my maiden post I have yet to add anything else. It's been hard for me to develop my thoughts into full posts, but just like with everything sometimes it's best to jump in and see what happens. In an attempt to give a little more insight to my world, I'll fill out this neat little ABC exercise.
Automobile: Well, mine reallllly needs cleaned right now. Usually I'm super-picky about the way my car looks, but my semi-long-distance relationship has pretty much squashed the idea this fall. I'm in my car basically every weekend, and recently made the mistake of taking the adorable Miss Gwen (kitty) with me to visit J...and found out she gets CAR SICK, not adorable. So even after that clean-up job the Cam Cam could use a detail job. I could go on and on about this category--specifically Corvetter convertibles, FX35s and the ever-popular Benz, but I'll save it for another post :)
Beating myself up about: not working out last night.
Crying over: working a 14 hr day today...but it's nothing new.
Dealing with: important decisions about where to go to grad school and finding Jbaby a job.
Excited: about HALLOWEEEEEEN. Favorite.Holiday.Ever.
Forgiveness & “F*ck”: Don't really go hand in hand in my book. Trust issues? Maybe.
Gastroenterology: Plays a WAY bigger role in my life than I would like. I have Ulcerative Colitis, a gastroentestinal problem that is easy to forget about at times, but the symptoms ensure I never, never skip taking my medication. Google it if you want, it's a little TMI than I care to discuss.
Hugs: make up for the distance in my relationship. In Carrie Bradshaw terminology, nothing can beat spending weekends "in the nook."
Jealousy: See, I'm not usually a ridiculously jealous girl. Actually I can't stand girls who are...BUT I recently figured out what does drive me crazy. Girls who don't RESPECT when a guy is in a relationship. I trust my boyfriend, I just don't trust skanky college girls. So I managed to secure the nicest, best-looking guy on your campus, get over it bitches. Oops, where did that come from? :)
Kosher: Is something I should know more about since 70% of the people I work for are Jewish...
Listening to: a lot of Mat Kearney and Citizen Cope. I've been rocking out in my car during my weekend drives lately :)
Marriage: yes, please.
Need: a workout and some extra hours in my life. I'm most likely going to be up until 2am making cupcakes for Halloween tonight!
Obsessing over: $$$. I have way too many things I need/want right now. Is a round-trip to Paris and a legal education too much to ask?
Praying: for the strength and knowledge to make good decisions.
Quiet: more than most people are comfortable with. I think before I speak and get annoyed when people talk just to hear themselves.
Relationships: make life worth living.
Showtunes: no thanks.
Trying: to make myself happy and my family proud.
Unhappy: when I feel underappreciated, which is a little too often lately.
Vizio: I'm obsessed w/ my 42" LCD tv and its performance during Sunday Night FOOTBALL! Love love love it.
Wii: The only video game I've played since the original Playstation :) You know its fun when it gives you tennis elbow.
X : leave it in the past.
Yum: I'm a little obsessed with cooking and watching the Food Network. The things I make are either really really healthy, or really really bad. I'm kind of an all or nothing kind of girl. I don't play "just the tip" and I drink to get drunk too :)
Zoo!: The one place J and I really wanted to go this summer and didn't get a chance to do! Booooo.
